Areas of Practice

Banking and Corporate
This area of practice includes counseling and advice on business formations or dissolutions whether sole proprietorships, partnerships or corporations. It also includes advice and representation with regard to any problems or disputes which might arise during the operation of any business entity.

General Contracts
This area of practice covers the negotiation and formation of contracts whose subject matter is not otherwise covered by any of my other areas of practice.
 

Landlord/Tenant
This area of practice includes the negotiation, preparation and review of residential and commercial leases for landlords and tenants, evictions, and all other Landlord/Tenant matters.
 

Real Estate
This area of practice includes representation of buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions, preparation of agreements of sale, preparation of mortgages, representing parties in real estate disputes, real estate tax assessment appeals, and all other Real Estate Matters.
 

Wills, Trusts, and Estates
This area of practice includes the preparation of wills from the most basic to the most complex, preparations of Powers of Attorney and Living Wills, Estate planning through the use of various sophisticated methods, the  administration of estates, and Will Contests.
 

Zoning and Land Development
This area of practice involves all aspects of land use law including zoning matters, land subdivision, land development, land acquisition, practice before municipal authorities, and all other manner of land use issues.
